Public Hearings

* A public hearing regarding an application for funding from the Missouri Highway and Transportation Department to assist in funding and operating the city's taxi coupon public transit program.

Consent ordinances

* An ordinance approving the record plat of Rock Creek Meadows Townhouses Phase 4.

* An ordinance approving the record plat of Rock Creek Meadows Townhouses Phase 5. Second and third readings.

* An ordinance granting a special-use permit to Phillip McClellan for constructing, maintaining and operating gasoline pumps at 1101 William St.

* An ordinance granting a special-use permit to JJP Investments for constructing, maintaining and operating a convenience store with gasoline pumps at the northeast corner of Sprigg Street and Shawnee Parkway.

* An ordinance establishing utility rates for the city by amending the city code relating to solid waste fees, water rates and sewer service charges.

* A motion filing the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission to deny the request of Westside Investments a special-use permit to construct a new convenience store with gasoline pumps at the northwest corner of Lexington Avenue and Perryville Road, located in an R-1, single family residential district; or in the alternative, a motion setting a public hearing on the above request.
