* An ordinance amending Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances by zoning 2952 Perryville Road as an R-1 single-family suburban residential district.

* An ordinance amending the boundaries of Ward 4 to include annexed properties.

* A resolution authorizing the city manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the professional services agreement with Markey and Associates Inc. for improvements to the bathhouse and pool deck at Cape Girardeau Central Municipal Pool.
