• An ordinance accepting a permanent utility easement from First State Community Bank for property at 2527 William St.
• An ordinance rezoning property on LaSalle Avenue, east of Baldwin Drive, from commercial to residential
• An ordinance amending the city code regarding zoning districts C-1, general commercial district, and C-2, highway commercial district
• An ordinance to execute an agreement for professional and construction services with Penzel Construction Inc.
• A resolution acknowledging receipt of an annexation petition from Norwald Inc., and setting a public hearing regarding the proposed annexation
