Consent ordinances

* An ordinance amending Chapter 30 of the city code relating to signs.

* An ordinance granting a special-use permit to Ford and Sons Funeral Home Inc. for purposes of constructing, maintaining and operating a mausoleum at 2315 Highway 61 North. (If the ordinance is not approved, a motion will need to be made to adopt findings and conclusions denying the application).

* An ordinance granting a special use permit to MACO Properties LLC, and Cape Girardeau Properties LP, for purposes of constructing, maintaining and operating multifamily housing for senior citizens at 1400 West End Blvd. (If the ordinance is not approved, a motion will need to be made to adopt findings and conclusions denying the application).

* An ordinance amending chapter 30 of the code of ordinances by changing the zoning of the University Research Park/University Village from R-1 to C-2.

* A resolution authorizing the city manager to execute an agreement for architectural services with White and Borgognoni Architects PC for repair of brick at the Police Department Headquarters Building.

* A resolution authorizing applications to the Missouri Department of Social Services under the Emergency Shelter Grant Program, for Safe House for Women Inc. and the Salvation Army, and authorizing the city manager to execute all necessary grant documents.
