Amendment to the zoning ordinance to allow bed and breakfast inns or hostels in R-3, two-family residential districts, with a special-use permit. No opposition.

Request of Mae Josephine Roth for a special-use permit for a bed and breakfast inn at 735 Perry Ave. in an R-3 district. No opposition.
