Consent ordinances

Granted a special use permit to Richard L. and Joan Eggimann for construction of duplexes at 2910 Kage Road.

Accepted a general warranty deed for the North Sprigg Street extension project.

Accepted a general warranty deed and temporary construction easement for the Cape LaCroix Creek/Walker Branch Flood Control Project.

Accepted a sewer easement to serve Six Sisters Subdivision.

Established the boundaries for a lateral sewer district and authorized construction of the sewers.

Amended the boundaries of a trunk sewer district.

Established boundaries of a lateral sewer district and authorize construction of sewers.

New ordinances

Approved the record plat of Crites Ninth Addition, first, second and third reading.

Established limited parking on Randol Avenue and Lynnwood Drive. First reading.
