Accepted a general warranty deed for the North Sprigg Street extension project.

Accepted a general warranty deed and temporary construction easement for the Cape LaCroix Creek/Walker Branch Flood Control Project.

Accepted a sewer easement to serve Six Sisters Subdivision.

Established the boundaries for a lateral sewer district and authorized construction of the sewers.
