Consent Ordinances

* Authorize the city manager to execute an agreement with K&K Electric Co. for primary power conversion at the Ramsey Branch water treatment plant.

* Approved the preliminary plat of Melrose Place II Subdivision with variances, with amendment to delete extension of Briarwood Street.
