Public Hearings* A public hearing regarding the request of Cape Girardeau Public School District No. 63 for a special use permit to install a 60-foot communication antenna at 2880 Hopper Road in an R-1 district.* A public hearing regarding the request of Cape Girardeau Public School District No. 63 for a special use permit to install of 120-foot communication antenna at 215 N. Louisiana in an R-2 district.* A public hearing regarding an amendment to the zoning ordinance relating to special use permits for temporary mobile homes on construction sites in M-1 districts.* A public hearing regarding the request of Max Media Properties for a special use permit for a temporary mobile home office at 806 and 814 Enterprise in an M-1 district.

Consent Ordinances* Amended the city code relating to fireworks.* Approved the revised plat of McLane Toney Subdivision.* Accepted general warranty deeds for the Cape La Croix Creek/Walker Branch flood control project.* Reaffirmed the action of the City Council relating to the Sprigg Street extension.* Established the boundaries of Lateral Sewer District No. 14-1-C-2.* Accepted a general warranty deed from West Cape Development Corp. for street dedication of Silver Springs Road and Spruce Street.
