* Ordinance accepting deeds and easements from property owners for the Broadway Improvements Transportation Trust Fund Project No. 1-17 between Clark and Perry avenues.

* Ordinance establishing the boundaries of Lateral Sewer District No. 16-E, approving the plans and authorizing construction of a system of sanitary lateral sewers in the district, under a private contract subject to certain provisions.

* Ordinance accepting a sewer easement from Paul A. and Sarah Schermann to serve certain properties along Perryville Road and Evergreen Drive.

* Ordinance amending Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the City Code by placing a stop sign on Kent Street at Lexington Avenue.

* Ordinance amending Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances by changing zoning at 804 N. Cape Rock Drive from R-1 to C-2.

* Ordinance accepting a general warranty deed, a corrected general warranty deed and temporary construction easement from Ruth|Ann and Earl H. Norman for the Mount Auburn Road extension between Bloomfield Road and Missouri Route 74.

* Ordinance approving record plat of Double S Subdivision.

* Ordinance approving the record plat of La Mesa Second Subdivision.

* Ordinance accepting a waterline easement from Robert A. and Anna R. Drury for stormwater and water improvements for Sewer District 16-E, Keller Subdivision. A motion accepting into the city's system the street, sanitary sewer, stormwater and water improvements as shown on the plans approved for Keller Subdivision and the storm sewers in the street right-of-way.

* Ordinance accepting permanent easements from Glyn Ferrell, Steve Dirnberger, Paul Dirnberger, Charles L. and Doris E. McBride for sewer work to serve Cape Tractor Trailer Supply Co. and Mobile Home World.

* Ordinance accepting a sewer easement from Vernon E. Rhodes Family Partners, L.P., for maintaining sewers in the Vernon Rhodes Subdivision.

* Ordinance approving the record plat of Keller Subdivision.

* Ordinance accepting sewer easements from Jewel Mae Habeck and First Assembly of God Church for a sanitary sewer extension along Hopper Road from Oak Ridge Court to Dearmore Court.

* A motion approving the improvement plans for a sanitary sewer extension along Hopper Road from Oak Ridge Court to just west of Dearmore Court.

* Ordinance declaring it necessary to improve that part of Kage Road from Mount Auburn Road to Hopper Road, for a distance of 4,800 linear feet.

* Ordinance declaring it necessary to improve that part of New Madrid Street from Perry Avenue to Henderson Avenue, for a distance of 3,000 linear feet.

* Ordinance declaring it necessary to improve that part of Mount Auburn Road from Missouri Route 74 to Bloomfield Road, for a distance of 1,380 linear feet.

* Ordinance declaring it necessary to improve that part of Mount Auburn Road from Missouri Route 74 to Silver Springs Road, for a distance of 3,600 linear feet.

Resolutions

* Resolution authorizing the city manager to execute an agreement with Spectrum Resources Inc. for communication consulting services.

* Appointments to the Board of Examiners, Convention and Visitors Advisory Board, Park Development Foundation and Cape Girardeau Area Industrial Recruitment Association.

Liquor license

* Conditional approval of a retail liquor-by-the-drink license for McGroaty's Inc., dba Jeremiah's Cafe, 127 N. Water St., Daniel Grimm, managing officer.

* Motion changing the dates of City Council meetings in the year 2000.

* Motion to accept the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission to deny the request of Hildegard Schilling, Pam Seal and Jack Cook for a special-use permit for a convenience store with drive-through window and gasoline sales on the southwest corner of Lexington Avenue and North Sprigg Street in an R-1, single family residential district or in the alternative, a motion setting a public hearing on the above request.

* Discussion and action regarding liquidated damages for the improvements under the 1998 sidewalk reconstruction and curb and gutter replacement programs.

* A motion accepting into the city's system the improvements under the 1998 sidewalk reconstruction and curb and gutter replacement programs and authorizing final payment to Lappe Cement Finishing Inc.
