(Second and third readings)* Consider a special-use permit to Glyn Ferrell, Steve Dirnberger, Paul Dirnberger, Rita Dirnberger, Charlette Dirnberger and Kim Ferrell to operate a manufactured unit for an office at 902 S. Kingshighway.* Grant a special-use permit to Tim Singleton to build a 200-foot radio tower at 802 Enterprise St.* Grant a special-use permit to the Lutheran Home to build offices for the Lutheran Home and Lutheran Home Health at 2911 Bloomfield Road.* Approve the plat of La Croix Meadows Business Park Phase II Subdivision.* Accept deeds and easements from property owners for the Bloomfield Road project Phase I between Christine Street and Spring Avenue.
