  • An ordinance vacating the city's interest in a 4-foot utility pole easement located under 1721 Crestwood Drive in Oak Hills subdivision.
  • An ordinance establishing the boundaries of Lateral Sewer District No. 16-G, a subdivision of Trunk Sewer District No. 16.
  • An ordinance amending Chapter 30 of the city code by changing the zoning of the southwest corner of the intersection of Silver Springs Road and Shawnee Parkway from R-1, to C-2.
  • An ordinance amending Chapter 30 of the city by changing the zoning of 61 N. Clark Ave. from R-4 to M-1.
  • An ordinance granting a special use permit for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a 100-foot telecommunication flagpole and a 300-foot equipment building for Southwestern Bell Wireless at 755 S. Kingshighway in an M-1 district.
  • An ordinance for a special use permit for the purposes of constructing, maintaining and operating a church and church-related work at 833 N. Spanish Street in an R-2 district.
  • An ordinance authorizing the mayor to execute a letter of intent with Cape Girardeau County and the city of Jackson relating to the continued participation in the I-55 Jackson/Cape Girardeau corridor projects agreement.
  • An ordinance amending the boundaries of Lateral Sewer District No. 14-1-D-5, a subdivision of Trunk Sewer District No. 14-1-D, approving the plans and authorizing the construction of a system of sanitary lateral sewers in Lateral Sewer District No. 14-1-D-5, under a private contract subject to certain provisions.
  • An ordinance amending Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the city code establishing no parking on Clark Avenue.

  • An ordinance accepting general warranty deeds and temporary construction easements from Drury Land Development Corp., Drury Development Corp., DSW Development Corp., Bluff City Beer Co. and Eugene and Marsha Holloway for the widening of Siemers Drive between Campster Drive and Bloomfield Road.
