Public Hearing

* A public hearing regarding the request of RiverWest Partners LC to amend its final development plan for Walden Park, changing Lots 93-102 from large lot estates into 16 single-family lots.

Consent ordinances

* An ordinance amending the city code to make it a violation for anyone under 21 to have a blood alcohol content of 0.02 percent or greater.

* An ordinance accepting general warranty deeds from Carrie E. Warfield for properties in the Village of Leadville Addition.

New ordinances

* An ordinance accepting fee simple interest, permanent easements and temporary construction easements from various property owners for the Bend Road/ Mason Street/Main Street improvements.

* An ordinance authorizing the amendment of the Final Development Plan for Walden Park at the request of RiverWest Partners LC.

* An ordinance authorizing and directing the issuance, sale and delivery of $1.26 million worth of special obligation bonds, series 2010A, to purchase new garbage trucks and approving certain documents and authorizing certain other actions in connection therewith.

Resolutions

* A resolution authorizing the city manager to execute a license and indemnity agreement with Saint Francis Medical Center for utilities on Girardeau Court.

* A resolution authorizing the city manager to execute an agreement with Denali Construction Inc. for the Shawnee Park Sports Complex improvements and new community center at a contract price of $2.24 million.

Liquor licenses

* Conditional approval of a change in managing officer for Walgreen Co., d/b/a Walgreens No. 3338, 1 S. Kingshighway, Lorene Samson, managing officer.

* Conditional approval of a retail liquor by the drink license for Big Country Saloon LLC, d/b/a Big Country Saloon, 107 N. Main St., John Wyman, managing officer.
