Public hearings

• Jay and Kelly Purcell's special-use permit to operate an unattended bed and breakfast/extended-stay residence at 141 S. Louisiana St., in an R-3, two-family residential district.
• A request to vacate the city's permanent access easement in Wildwood Subdivision.
• A request to vacate the city's interest in the Larry Avenue right of way, establishing a 30-foot-wide utility easement.
• Christ Church of the Heartland's request for a special-use permit to distribute preordered food at its existing church at 720 Bertling St, within an R-1, single-family residential district.

Consent ordinances, second and third readings

• Authorizing the acquisition of property for the improvement of Fountain Street between Morgan Oak and William streets.
• Approving a settlement agreement and binding unilateral agreement with Verizon Wireless relating to business license taxes.
• Approving the record plat of Villas at Cape Rock 2.

• Granting a special-use permit to Jay and Kelly Purcell for purposes of maintaining and operating an unattended bed and breakfast/extended-stay residence at 141 S. Louisiana St.
• Vacating the city's permanent access easement in Wildwood Subdivision.
• Vacating the city's interest in a portion of right-of-way on Larry Avenue, and establishing a 30-foot utility easement.
• Granting a special-use permit to Christ Church of the Heartland Inc. for operating and maintaining a retail food distribution business at 720 Bertling St.
• Placing a stop sign on Flad Avenue.

Resolutions

• Authorizing the city manager to execute supplemental agreement No. 1 to the design consultant agreement with Crawford, Murphy and Tilly Inc. for pavement and other improvements at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport.
• Authorizing the city manager to execute supplemental agreement No. 1 to the aviation project design consultant agreement with Crawford, Murphy and Tilly Inc. for general aviation terminal rehabilitation at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport.
• Authorizing the city manager to execute a contract with Delta Dental for employee dental insurance services.
• Authorizing the city manager to execute a contract with Anthem Blue Cross for employee health insurance services.
