* A public hearing to discuss an application to be submitted to the Missouri Department of Economic Development under the Community Development Block Grant Program, requesting $250,000 for an action loan fund to assist a company in locating to the area.

* An ordinance amending Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of the city of Cape Girardeau by changing the zoning of 1904 W. Cape Rock Drive from R-1 to PD.

* An ordinance granting a special-use permit to Good Shepherd Lutheran Chapel and Wireless Asset Group LLC for purposes of constructing, maintaining and operating a telecommunication tower and fenced compound at 1904 W. Cape Rock Drive. Second and third readings.
