APPROVED AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR ST. VINCENT SEMINARY PROPERTY BETWEEN SOUTHEAST MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY AND THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU.
