Consent ordinances

Approved an ordinance amending the city code relating to Municipal Court.

Approved an ordinance accepting general warranty deeds, a quit claim deed, a permanent easement and temporary construction easements from various property owners for the widening of Mount Auburn Road between Independence Street and William Street and the construction of the Independence Street and Mount Auburn Road intersection.

Approved an ordinance to execute an agreement with the Missouri Department of Transportation for a grant to fund the taxi coupon program.

Approved an ordinance granting a special use permit to Rhodes Real Estate Partners, L.P., and P&J Marketing, LLC, for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a warehouse at 1610 N. Kingshighway.
