* Authorized the acquisition of property for the improvement of Bloomfield Road between Siemers Drive and Stonebridge Drive.

* Annexed land to the city of Cape Girardeau upon the request of Mark Rademaker.

* Accepted a general warranty deed and a temporary construction easement from Southeast Missouri Stone Company for the improvement of the Silver Springs Road and Kingshighway intersection.

* Approved an agreement with the Diocese of Springfield-Cape Girardeau for the construction of a left-turn lane on Route K at Notre Dame Drive.

Appointments

* Appointed J. Ronald Fischer to the TIF Commission.

* Reappointed Lance Gragg and James Banken to the Golf Course Advisory Board.

* Reappointed Mike Wells, Peter Hirschburg and Paul Mingus and appointed Fannie Ray to the Cable Television Advisory Committee.

Liquor license

* Approved a temporary 5 percent beer and wine by the drink license for Larry R. Essner d/b/a Community Counseling Center Foundation for an April 15 event at Deerfield Lodge.
