Second and third readings)

* Approved the record plat of Rock Creek Meadows Townhouses Phase 3.

* Approved the record plat of Orchard Park.

* Set an election to extend the half-cent transportation sales tax for another five years.

* Removed final reading of a measure for issuance of special obligation bonds and replaced it with first reading of a new measure spelling out the bond-issue financing.

* Approved an application with the Missouri Transportation Department for funds to aid in the financing of the taxi-coupon program.

* Approved a development agreement for the improvement of Walnut Street.
