New Ordinances

-- Named new Missouri Route 74 in the city as Shawnee Parkway.

-- Levied a special assessment for the improvement of Lexington Avenue from Old Sprigg Street Road to Big Bend Road.

-- Authorized final payment to Lappe Cement Finishing Inc. and Fronabarger Concreters Inc. for improvement of Lexington Avenue.

-- Amended the city code relating to leaving the scene of an accident.

-- Amended the city code establishing a handicapped parking space on North Fountain Street.

-- Accepted general warranty deeds from the Cape La Croix Creek/Walker Branch flood-control project.

-- Accepted general warranty deeds for the Cape Girardeau Recreation Trail project.

-- Accepted permanent easements and temporary construction easements for the Twin Lakes Subdivision sanitary sewer project.
