-- Approved the improvement plans and estimated cost for streets and associated storm work for the New Madrid-Henderson intersection.

-- Discussion regarding status of Jasmine Street.

-- Discussion regarding request of Phillip Dame for variance from City Code Section 29-149.

-- Authorized city staff to acquire a house and 2-acre lot at 2119 South Third for $10,000 from funds available for demolishing derelict structures. The property would carry a deed restriction stating it would be maintained as an open space for the expansion of the wastewater treatment plant.
