-- Approved ordinance amending Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances by changing the zoning of 2825 Bloomfield Road from R-1 to R-4.

-- Approved ordinance granting a special use permit to the Lutheran Home for the Aged for purposes of constructing, maintaining and operating a home health agency office at 2861 Bloomfield Road. (First, second and third readings.)

-- Approved ordinance accepting a general warranty deed from Harry F. and Martha A. Ivester for the Cape La Croix Creek/Walker Branch flood control project.
