-- Ordinance amending Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances by changing the zoning of 2825 Bloomfield Road from R-1 to R-4.

-- Ordinance granting a special use permit to the Lutheran Home for the Aged for purposes of constructing, maintaining and operating a home health agency office at 2861 Bloomfield Road. (First, second and third readings.)

-- Ordinance accepting a general warranty deed from Harry F. and Martha A. Ivester for the Cape La Croix Creek/Walker Branch flood control project.

-- Resolution authorizing application to the Missouri Department of Transportation for Surface Transportation Program Enhancement (ISTEA) funds for the aesthetic lighting of the Bill Emerson Memorial Bridge across the Mississippi River. Reading and passage.
