Consent ordinances
-- Passed ordinance amending chapter 30 of code of ordinances by changing the zoning of parts of tracts along Park Avenue, Normal Avenue and North West End Boulevard from R-4 to R-2.
-- Passed ordinance accepting permanent easements and temporary construction easements from various property owners for the west side relief sewer project.
-- Passed ordinance accepting permanent easements, permanent right of way easement, a multiple-use permanent easement and temporary construction easements from various property owners for a new sanitary sewer force main and lift stations.
-- Passed ordinance accepting permanent easements and temporary construction easements from various property owners for the Fort D sewer project.
-- Passed ordinance accepting permanent easements and temporary construction easements from various property owners for the main combined sewer overflow project.
-- Passed ordinance granting a special-use permit to William R. and Kathryn J. Swan for purposes of construction, maintaining and operating a communication tower at 1606 N. Kingshighway.
