-- Approved an ordinance establishing the boundaries of lateral sewer district No. 13-C-1, a subdivision of trunk sewer district No. 13.

-- Approved an ordinance accepting water utility easements from Orscheln Farm and Home LLC and Michael J. and Mary D. Kutz.

-- Approved an ordinance levying a special assessment for Missouri Avenue from Mississippi Street to Scott Street, and authorizing the issuance of special tax bills therefore.

-- Approved a motion authorizing final payment to Lappe Cement Finishing, Inc. for improvements to Missouri Avenue to Mississippi Street to Scott Street.

-- Approved an ordinance granting a special-use permit to New Life World Outreach for purposes of constructing, maintaining and operating a church sign at 720 Bertling Street.

-- Approved an ordinance granting a special-use permit to Holigan Homes for purposes of constructing, maintaining and operating a display home at 3942 Scenic Drive.

-- Approved an ordinance accepting permanent and temporary construction easements from Opal Lincoln for the sanitary sewer improvement program Phase II Sloan Creek relief sewer.

-- Approved an ordinance re-affirming the action of the city council declaring it necessary to improve, providing for the improvement, directing the city manager to enter into a contract to do the work, and providing for the manner of payment of the work, of Walnut Street from Kingshighway to Commercial Street.

-- Approved a resolution authorizing an application for Community Development Block Grant for the Old St. Francis hospital.

-- Approved a resolution authorizing the city manager to execute an agreement with Lappe Cement Finishing, Inc. for the extensions of Kent Drive from Lexington Avenue to the existing pavement of Kent Street.

-- Approved a resolution authorizing application to the Missouri Department of Transportation for Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century funds for the construction of pedestrian walkways on Lexington Avenue, Sprigg Street and Bertling Street.

-- Approved a resolution authorizing the city manager to execute a release for lien for the Community Development Block Grant program.
