-- A public hearing to review the past performances in carrying out a 1995 Neighborhood Development Grant under the Community Development Block Grant for rehabilitating 22 houses and other work, completed under the Locust Maple Neighborhood Restoration Project.

-- A public hearing regarding the request of New Life World Outreach for a special-use permit for a church sign at 720 Bertling, in an R-1, single family residential district.

-- A public hearing regarding the request of Holigan Homes for a special-use permit for a display home at 3942 Scenic Drive in an R-1, single family residential district.

-- A public hearing regarding the city's submission of an application to the state Community Development Block Grant program for the old St. Francis hospital project.
