Riske, Christopher Evans and Thorn Investments, L.L.C., to rezone a 5.61 acre tract along County Road 206, north of Cobblestone Court from R-1, single family residential district, to R-4, multiple family residential district, and for a special use permit for a community unit plan on said tract; or in the alternative, a motion setting a public hearing on the request.
