Cape Girardeau and Jackson will be on holiday trash and recycling pickup schedules this week. In Cape Girardeau, trash and recycling that is normally picked up on Thursdays will be picked up on Wednesday. Friday pickup is moved to Thursday. In Jackson, trash normally collected on Fridays will be picked up on Monday, and the recycling center will be closed Friday and Saturday...
