CAPE COUNTY FOSTER PARENTS PLAN PICNIC
The Cape Girardeau County Foster Parent Association will hold its annual picnic Aug. 8 at 5:30 p.m. in the Cape County Park North. The association meets the first Thursday of every month at the Mt.
