CAPE CENTRAL SENIORS NAMED ELK'S STUDENTS OF THE MONTH

Timothy Paul Mayfield and Stan Clark were named Students of the Month by the Cape Girardeau Elk's Lodge No. 639.

Mayfield, 17, is the son of Joe Mayfield and Barbara Mayfield, both of Cape Girardeau. He is a senior at Cape Central High School.

He is a member of the National Honor Society, Young Life, football, wrestling, and track teams. He has a 3.74 grade point average.

Clark, 17, is the son of Julia Jorgensen of Cape Girardeau and Ken Clark of St. Louis. He is a senior at Cape Central High School.

He is a member of the National Honor Society, marching, jazz and pep bands, anthology club and a charter member of Renaissance.

He also is a member of the Boy Scouts of America and has earned the Eagle Scout Award.
