CAPE ATTORNEY TO BE HONORED BY MISSOURI BAR

A Cape Girardeau attorney, Charles Franklin, will be awarded the honorary title of Senior Counsellor of The Missouri Bar during the 114th Annual Meeting of the organization Sept. 29-Oct. 1 at the Adam's Mark Hotel in St. Louis.

The presentation will be made at a special luncheon on Thursday, Sept. 30. Franklin will be among 57 Missouri Bar members to receive the honorary designation that is bestowed on those attorneys who have completed 50 years of service to the legal profession or who have reached 75 years of age.
