WHAT CAN THE GOVERNOR DO TO ATTRACT MORE JOBS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TO MISSOURI?

To attract more jobs and economic development to Missouri by cutting taxes on small business owners and possibly grant tax credits to the companies that will bring 2,000 top-quality jobs to Missouri, establishing a cargo hub development in Saint Louis metropolitan area, increasing the competition by creating more careers among the health care companies to lower the cost of the insurance premiums in Missouri and set up a "Right To Work" amendment to Missouri constitution.

DOES THE STATE NEED MORE REFORM OF ITS TAX CREDIT SYSTEM?

Yes, the state need more reform of its tax credit system to give more control to voters and less to municipalities over the issuance of the lucrative tax increment financing benefits, eliminate state historic preservation tax credits and close tax loopholes in Missouri.

SHOULD THE LEGISLATURE TAKE INITIATIVE TO ESTABLISH A USE TAX FOR VEHICLE PURCHASES, OR SHOULD THE DECISION BE LEFT TO COUNTIES?

Yes, the Legislature should take initiative to establish a use tax for vehicle purchases to protect our motor vehicle dealers in Missouri.

MOVING FORWARD, HOW DO WE BEST BALANCE THE STATE BUDGET IN COMING YEARS?

To balance the state budget by implementing government downsizing to protect from wasteful government spending, increasing the Missouri's cigarette tax to reduce the debt of Missouri, reinstituting the death penalty in order to eliminate paying $40,000 yearly for each inmate on death row and eliminating busing to distant schools by upgrading the quality of the teachers and using volunteers to monitor students taking tests to prevent cheating.

As a governor I would perform diligently and attentively on the issues of economy, security and agriculture which are vital to the state of Missouri.
