To work with the other elected officials and the citizens of Perry County to maintain the current opportunities we have and search for new endeavors

WHAT ARE THE MAJOR CHALLENGES FACING PERRY COUNTY?

like all, or at least most, counties finances is a huge concern. I see drug abuse as a problem because it affects the attitudes of the citizens. Lastly I see indifferece of the non voters as a problem that will face us in the not too distant future.

WHAT IN YOUR BACKGROUND OR EDUCATION MAKES YOU QUALIFIED TO BE PERRY COUNTY COMMISSIONER?

Life Time members of the Girl Scouts of the USA - serving on the Board of Directors for the former Otahki Council, served as Vice Chairman of the former Perry County Park Board and of The Perryville Community Betterment Committee, currently a member of the Perryville Fire Department Auxiliary, St. Vincent Alumni Association, Co-organizer of the Memory Makers Quilt Club, former employee of the Sheltered Workshop, current teacher for St. Vincent's Parish School of Religion.

CLOSING REMARKS:

If elected I hope to bring a new outlook to the Commission, to work hard at being fair to the biggest majority of the people, knowing quite well that you can't please everyone all of the time, but you can keep trying.
