The mass communications and political science departments will be co-sponsors.
Candidates for contested offices for Cape Girardeau County Commissioner, Public Administrator, 158th House District and the 8th Congressional District have been invited. Incumbent Rep. Jo Ann Emerson and Second District County Commissioner Max Stovall will not attend the forum.
