The Regional Cancer Care Center at Southeast Missouri Hospital and the American Cancer Society will sponsor the sixth annual Cancer Update Thursday. Seminar topics include therapeutic touch therapy, the assessment and management of pain, and quality-of-life issues in cancer survivorship.
The daylong program at Drury Lodge has been approved for 6.6 contact hours by the Missouri Nurses Association. It is intended for nurses in institutional and community health settings, Hospice volunteers, nursing students and allied health personnel.
