At 3:15 p.m., Rickie Drake, 39, was driving a boom truck on Route E three miles north of Canalou when he failed to negotiate a curve, overturned and landed in a ditch, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol.
Drake was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the truck.
