"Personnel Policy" will be the topic of a small business seminar, to be held from 6 to 9 p.m. June 6 at the University Center on Southeast Missouri State University campus.
The session, sponsored by the Small Business Development Center at the university, and Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce Small Business/Business Research Committee, is designed for the small business owner/manager who is responsible for establishing personnel policies such as jury duty, medical leave, overtime, disciplinary actions, and vacation pay.
Darlene Dunning, associate professor in the Department of Administrative Services, College of Business Administration, will be instructor for the seminar.
