A school bus driver was arrested in Pulaski County after the bus he was driving failed to stop at an intersection and collided with a semi tractor-trailer Tuesday morning. According to Illinois State Police, Leo J. Bland of Ulin was driving a Shawnee Development School bus east on Feather Trail Road near Ulmstead, Ill., at 8:35 a.m. when he failed to stop at a stop sign in thick fog and hit the semi, which was traveling south on Illinois Route 37...

According to Illinois State Police, Leo J. Bland of Ulin was driving a Shawnee Development School bus east on Feather Trail Road near Ulmstead, Ill., at 8:35 a.m. when he failed to stop at a stop sign in thick fog and hit the semi, which was traveling south on Illinois Route 37.

There were no injuries reported. Bland was charged with failure to yield at a stop sign, police said.
