BUCKLEY-MCGOVERN DEBATE TO AIR

C-SPAN on Saturday will air last month's debate at Southeast Missouri State University between conservative columnist William F. Buckley and former senator George McGovern.

The taped program will air at 7 p.m. as part of C-SPAN's "American Perspectives" television show.

C-SPAN can be seen locally on cable channel 20.

The Buckley-McGovern debate was one of several events held last month as part of the inauguration of Dr. Dale Nitzschke as Southeast's 16th president.
