SIKESTON, Mo. -- The Missouri Department of Transportation will hold an open-house community briefing from 4 to 6 p.m. July 12 at the Senath, Mo., city hall, 301 W. Commercial St., to discuss an upcoming bridge project on Route Y in Dunklin County.
Improvements to the Route Y bridge over Buffalo Ditch will include replacing the existing structure with a box culvert. Construction is expected to begin in early summer 2013 with completion late that summer.
