Bootheel Regional Student Art Show 2010

Area high school students win awards at the Bootheel Regional Student Art Show on display at the Sikeston Depot Museum through April 30, 2010.

FRED LYNCH ~ flynch@semissourian.com Zack Petot of Jackson High School stands with his painting, City Snapshot, which won first place in portrait at the 35th annual Regional High School Art Show at the Sikeston Depot Museum. Petot, who also placed first in mixed media, won the $1,000 scholarship from Montgomery Bank. The exhibit runs through April 30 and features 176 pieces of art from 12 area high schools.

"Self Portrait" by Elizabeth Martinez, Jackson; Second place portrait
