The Bollinger County, Missouri, Sheriff's Department is looking for a missing woman.
Brandi Lee, 34, left her home on Route H, just south of Route FF, on foot about 12:30 p.m. Monday, the sheriff's department reported on its Facebook page.
A dispatcher answering the telephone at the department Monday night said no foul play was suspected, but Lee was considered "an endangered missing person."
The dispatcher described Lee as a white woman with a petite build -- 5-foot-1 and weighing about 95 pounds -- and said she may have been wearing a heavy pink coat when she left.
A response from the department to Facebook users offering to help search stated officers were conducting a search of the area with K-9s and needed to keep the area secure while the dogs work but would advise the public if searchers were needed later.
Anyone with information about Lee's whereabouts is asked to call the Bollinger County Sheriff's Department at 573-238-2633.
