BOLLINGER COUNTY COMMISSION MINUTES

Bollinger County Commission met at 8 a.m. Dec. 18 with the following officers and members present: Leo Arnzen, presiding commissioner; Tim Shelby, associate commissioner; and Brittany Howard, county clerk.

• The commission reviewed minutes from the Dec. 11 commission meeting and the minutes were approved.
• Linda Redeffer with The Banner Press observed the meeting.
• Brad Gregg with the Road and Bridge Department met with the commission to discuss problems with the county roads.
• Shelia Porter met with the commission to discuss Lutesville Presbyterian Church.
• Arnzen asked for a motion at 9:15 a.m. to go into closed session per RSMo 610.021. A vote was taken, all were in favor and the motion carried. Arnzen asked for a motion at 9:40 a.m. to return to open session. A vote was taken, all were in favor and the motion carried.
• The commission adjourned until 8 a.m. Dec. 26.
