City workers replaced 6 feet of water line, flushed the system, restored pressure and returned water service to all customers by 3 p.m. Monday, the release stated.

The city finished testing water quality Wednesday morning, and those tests showed no evidence of contamination, meaning residents can freely drink and use their water.
