STE. GENEVIEVE, Mo. — A body found in the Mississippi River has been identified as that of a missing boater. The Missouri State Water Patrol said Sunday the victim is 46-year-old Arthur Barton of Farmington, Mo. The body was found Friday. The search continues for the second man in the boat, 52-year-old Harold Smith of Farmington. The boat capsized July 30. The men were drifting down the river after the boat ran out of gas. A relative was waiting at the ferry crossing at Ste. Genevieve with fuel. But when the boat arrived, it was floating upside down.
