The plan proposes the county issue bonds from the Real Property Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act to fund a portion of the improvements.

The proposed redevelopment plan has been prepared by the Southeast Missouri Regional Planning and Economic Development Commission for the TIF Commission.

The plan is available for viewing in the county clerk's office in Jackson during regular courthouse business hours.

Comments should be made to the Cape Girardeau County Tax Increment Financing Commission prior to the date of the hearing.
