The American Red Cross and the Cape Girardeau Naval Reserve are sponsoring a blood drive Nov. 21 from 8-11:30 a.m. in the Reserve Center Drill Hall, 2530 Marie Louise Lane. To be eligible to give blood in Missouri, potential donors must weigh at least 110 pounds, be at least 17 years old and be in good health.
