BLACK FOREST WILL HOLD CRAFTSFEST

Black Forest will host the spring Craftsfest next Saturday and Sunday.

The scenic-drive quilt will be on display on Sunday. Chances for the quilt and other prizes will be sold for $1, with proceeds going to support the Mississippi River Valley Scenic Drive.

Other prizes are: an Esicar's ham, a gift basket of items from the Black Forest Spring Craftsfest plus items from around the area.

In addition to the quilt, more than 15 traditional working crafters will be demonstrating and selling their wares.

Egypt Mills Antique Tractor Club will provide displays as well as sawmill demonstrations. Pony rides and food and drinks will be available.

The Black Forest Villages are off County Road 638. From Highway 61, follow Route W to the stop sign, turn right and watch for the signs. For more information, call 314-335-0899.
