MINER, Mo. -- A Benton, Mo., man was seriously injured in a Tuesday afternoon motorcycle accident. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 42-year-old Charles Armer was driving his motorcycle on Route H three miles north of Miner just before 1 p.m. when the motorcycle ran off the right side of the road and overturned. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 42-year-old Charles Armer was driving his motorcycle on Route H three miles north of Miner just before 1 p.m. when the motorcycle ran off the right side of the road and overturned. Armer was taken by helicopter to Saint Francis Medical Center.

He was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident, according to the highway patrol report.
