A benefit dinner dance will be held March 12 at the A.C. Brase Arena Building in Cape Girardeau. Proceeds will help fund a medical mission trip to Jamaica.
Four doctors, seven nurses and other people will be making the week-long trip in April.
Doors open at 6 p.m. The buffet-style dinner will begin serving at 6:30 p.m. Music will be provided by the band Manitou.
Live and silent auctions will also be held. Items have been provided by several area businesses, including AAA Travel, Express Tire and Auto, Fruitland Dressed Meat, Drury Inn, Holiday Inn Paducah, Patrick's Furniture, Hutson's Furniture, Welch Construction and Supply, Whitfield's Fine Dining, Zickfield's Gift Box and others.
Tickets are $15 per person and may be purchased in advance from Evangelical United Church of Christ or may be purchased at the door.
