A 3-day annual crafts, gifts and collectibles show sponsored by the River City C.B. Club based in Chaffee, will get into full swing this Friday evening, 5-8 p.m., at the Bavarian Halle, near Jackson at 1-55 exit 105.
It will continue on Saturday and Sunday with shopping hours of 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. each day.
There will be a $1 admission fee on Friday evening and on Saturday. Shoppers on these days will also receive a ticket to win a handcrafted quilt. There is no admission fee on Sunday, but additional tickets for the quilt will be available for $1 each. The drawing will be held at 5 p.m. at the conclusion of the show on Sunday. You do not have to be present to win and shipping can be arranged.
Throughout the show, family-priced concessions will be available. The menu will feature homemade chili and vegetable soup; as well as polish sausage, hot dogs and chili dogs. Proceeds will be donated for the Junior Members/European Tour 2000.

Featured booths this year will offer a selection of handmade soaps, fizzies, natural aromatherapy bath oils and candles. Oil, acrylic and water colors can be purchased on canvas, paper and other surfaces. Traditional folk art painting will also be displayed. Dolls & crafts will be decorated with old linen, quilts & doilies. A selection of hand-signed ethnic jewelry will also be shown.
Specialty Gift Products - personalized children's books, Usborne Books at Home, Premier Design jewelry and Nikken Magnetic Relax Products. Creative Memories will offer ideas and suggestions for preparing heirloom quality family scrapbooks. Local classes & workshops will also be scheduled at a later date. Home decorating idea ideas are available for Country, Victorian, Western and up-coming holiday festivities. Collectibles - the ever popular Ty Beanie Babies and Buddies, Treasure Champs, Holy Bears, Barbie Dolls and baseball memorabilia featuring Mark McGwire. Russian nesting dolls will also be offered.
Wood products will include personalized children's stools, shelves, rockers, cradles, toys, quilt racks/holders, potato & vegetable bins, chair caning, scroll saw and fret work.
Craft show staples always include - a variety of wreaths , swags and florals. Also rag rugs, embellished clothing, ceramics, crocheted goods, jewelry, nite lites, yard ornaments, gift baskets, sun-catchers, and cross stitch.
Also clocks, music boxes, fabric dolls, leather belts and wallets, quillows, machine appliqu, fabric plates, aprons, table toppers, baby bibs, potpourri and children's cloth books.
